Steps:
1 - Write down five questions of your own about Cultures of the World/ Cross-cultural conversation/ the meaning of the word "culture" / Cultural Experiences and Stereotypes, etc.
2 - Email me the list of your 5 questions tonight by midnight (Fri 7/15) and I will respond by Saturday morning.
3 - Find at least 2 people to interview, using these questions. Record their answers.
Note: The main purpose of this activity is to help you become comfortable practicing your English outside the classroom. Make mistakes - it's ok. You learn by making mistakes. We will talk about your experiences in class on Monday. Think about the first interview you did. What can you do differently this time to make the interview better?

c - Where can you work? What businesses, etc. hire people for your job?
d - Include the websites of the places wher you can work (at least 3.)
Take notes on these answers. You need to do this assignment for tomorrow.
2 - Interview about jobs - see page 98 in your L/S book.
In addition to the four questions listed, you need to think of and write down 2-3 additional questions to ask the person you interview about their job history. This assignment is due Thursday. You need to speak in English with someone not from your culture or language background when you do this assignment and write down your questions, along with their answers.
