Reading: Cumulative Quiz - Vocabulary (Ch. 1, 3, 4-5, 10)

Novel: Choice:
1 - Dear Diary:
Choose a character from the book.
Pretend you are that character.
Write a diary entry about an event in the story.
Describe what you thought and how you felt during that time.

2 - Cartoon Summary:
Fold your paper into four sections to make boxes for a cartoon strip.
In each section, illustrate a main event in the story.
Be sure to number the events in order.
Add a sentence below each picture to describe the scene.
