In my opinion, rewarding children with incentives is a good idea. There are several advantages to implementing this reward system.

One of the benefits of reward programs is that they appeal to students’ immediate needs and wants, in this case cash and prizes for hard work. (...support sentences, conclusion)

In addition to meeting students at their level and providing them with what they want as an incentive, reward programs are also beneficial because they mirror the environment in the workplace.
